| Shorty never gave up and dragged her tiny
paralyzed body over pavement into a
driveway.
Her back end was paralyzed from an
injury
that was not evident to us. She was
only
a 3-month old puppy with no home. Shorty’s
life was saved by a concerned person
who
found her and brought her to us. After
several
months of medical care and physical
therapy,
Shorty is now able to take a few steps.
We
are thankful for the wonderful person
who
took Shorty into her home, despite
her disability. Update 2007: Shorty is capable of walking with minor difficulty and enjoying her second chance. |
